Sometimes, money can buy happiness. This is what KRISTINE HERMOSA’s
debut party proves. Holiuing at the Main Lounge of Manila Pob Club
Forbes Park, Makati City on September 9, the gathering, which took
four tong months of preparation, eats up four hundred thousand pesos
to fiH in the elegance Kristine possesses.
For the welcoming of the guests, Kristine wears a revealing spaghetti
strap white gown accompanied by an elegant satin scarf which
accentuates her goddess-like beauty. The debutante changes her attire
for the ceremony proper with a fairy tale-ish aqua blue gown with deep
neckline embroidered with beads which Swarovski provides as well as
the jewelries. These two gowns are especially designed by Randy Ortiz.
Meanwhile, as the night grows old, spirits all come alive, people
scratch their itch for move and to assure that the gown would not be
mining the party, Paolo Basa also prepares a groovy greyish blue gown
so Kristine could join her friends on the dance floor.
Notice the blue color? It would not negatively affect the mood of the
bash. The blue Sapphire only happens to be Kristine’s birth stone
that’s why. They are only following luck.
Show biz’ and non-show biz’ friends of Kristine comprise the 18
roses. Some of them are PIOLO PASCUAL, PAOLO CONTIS, PATRICK GARCIA,
JOHN LLOYD CRUZ, BARON GEISLER, MARK LAPID and DOMINIC OCHOA. 18
candles include VANESSA DEL BIANCO, ROSELLE NAVA, DESIREE DEL VALLE,
DIMPLES ROMANA, JULIA CLARETE, ClARA SOTTO, JODI SANTAMARIA, SARAH
CHRISTOPHERS, CHESKA GARCIA, ANNA LARRUCEA, HAZEL ANN MENDOZA and of
course, her sister KATHLEEN HERMOSA. JERICHO ROSALES escorts the
beautiful young lady.
It’s definitely the biggest night in Kristine’s life prior to her
wedding day. However, Kristine hopes that the expense doesn’t stop
and fade with the wonderful evening. She still wishes that she can
drive her own RAV-4 one of these days. She thinks she’s mature
enough anyway to drive herself to tapings and shootings even without
assistance. As a newly baptized woman, this would be her first major
responsibility to handle, and she keeps her fingers crossed.
